Freshness Guarantee 

Our goal is to introduce coffee enthusiasts to our exquisite range of products, carefully curated to elevate your coffee experience. From refreshing Cold Brew to rich and velvety Iced Coffee, and an array of Signature Coffee Syrups, each sip is a experience. What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to quality. We meticulously craft every product in-house, ensuring that each ingredient is carefully selected for its purity and flavor. With no unnecessary chemicals or additives, our coffee embodies the essence of true craftsmanship.

We understand the importance of freshness. That's why all our dairy-based beverages must be refrigerated upon delivery. The expiration date of our products depends on the freshness of the milk we use, typically lasting between 10 to 14 days after delivery. We highly suggest this, if it isn't done the quality of the beverage and it's freshness may be effected

Shipping & Return Policies

4. Shipping Range

Due to our Freshness Guarantee,  we are currently shipping to the Atlanta-Metropolitan Area, once we began producing a product that we can ship nationally, we will announce it publicly. If an order that is placed to an address that we are unable to deliver to, we will issue a refund and an email will be sent to the customer notifying what is described above.

 

4.1 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched, and delivered within 3-7  business days of payment of the order.

We produce all our products  Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

 

4.2 Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

 

4.3 P.O. Box Shipping

A Ray of Sunshine Coffee will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

 

4.4 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

 

4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, don't hesitate to get in touch with us to conduct an investigation.

4.6 Costs of Shipping

The shipment price will be applied at checkout; any purchase that exceeds $15 qualifies for free shipping. 

 

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email from info@arayofsunshinecoffee.com saying that their order has been shipped off.

 

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the package from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, don't hesitate to get in touch with customer service with the next steps.

 

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to your order once you checkout.

8. Cancellations

8.1 Cancellation Request

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order

has already been dispatched; please refer to our refund policy.

 

 

8.2 Refund Policy

After receiving your item, you'll have five days to issue a refund request, where we'll conduct an investigation. Refunds cannot be given to products that have expired or purchased at a discounted price and will be determined if it t is to be issued based on the investigation.

 

 

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

 

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

Depending on the customer's preference, we will process a replacement or store credit as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

 

9.2 Process for parcel lost in transit

We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has investigated and deemed the parcel lost.
